Piombino is located at the southern tip of a 6 km long penninsula which faces to Elba - a small town with a medieval center. Leonardo da Vinci lived here for a long time during his construction of the city fortifications. The sister of Napoleon lived in the palazzo at piazza Bovio during her rule. To the north of the penninsula are the remains of the largest etruscan maritime town. The rest of the penninsula is a protected forest area with paths for walking/bicycling, beaches and cliffs.
The flat, which is 60 square meter, is newly renovated - 2 bedroms (one has a balcony) - bathrom and a separate shower. Combined kitchen and living room and a large roof terrace. The flat is in 5th floor and has a lift - there is also full airconditioning. The flat is close to Pimbinos center piazza, 10 mins from nearest beach and 5 mins walk to the railway/bus station. 15 mins walk to the ferry for Elba. There is parking in the street. Many other beaches which can be reached by town buses..
Inland, not far from Piombino there are termic baths open all year. All of Tuscany is within short reach from Piombino because of the the towns geographical location at the center of Tuscany.
There are several golf courses within short each. Pisa airport is 100 km from Piombino, which can be reached by train

70 EUR will be paid for washing of flat, bed sheets and towels.
